LAMONT PERRIMAN

EXECUTIVE CHEF, PARTNER

A dedicated foodie all his life and a businessman by education and trade, Chef Lamont Perriman successfully combines these passions in his entertaining and cooking. Born and raised in Oakland, CA - Lamont’s lifelong appreciation for food began at a young age and was inspired by his mother and father and cultural background.  "I always wanted to eat first, and the best way to do that was to help in the kitchen. Food has always been a part of my family life and what eventually led me to this industry," says Perriman. "I love how food is innately conversational and brings people and cultures together."

 

Chef Lamont has enjoyed a successful career in hospitality. He has always had a natural organic ability within the culinary arts and has honed his skills professionally in various high-end food venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on locally sourced ingredients with farm to table flair. Chef Lamont jumpstarted his culinary career by running a kitchen in a local wine bar in Oakland. Most recently, Lamont was a Culinary Expert and Resident Chef for Williams-Sonoma. He simultaneously expanded his personal and private chef services including individual and group cooking lessons, cooking demonstrations, and private catering, while starting his company MPCE. 

AMANDA PINKHAM 

EVENT PRODUCER, MARKETING, PARTNER

Amanda has developed a passion for the food and hospitality industry through a lifetime of travel and exploration. Growing up in Boulder CO, Amanda learned to enjoy high quality, fresh, organic cuisine, and to appreciate the unique settings that various venues have to offer.  She obtained a degree in Interior Design, with the intent of pursuing hospitality & restaurant design, however, was always drawn back to the trenches of the food and beverage industry.  She has managed several popular Bay Area venues, specializing in menu planning, sales, event production, branding, marketing, and building successful teams.  Amanda's most recent professional accomplishment was the opening and execution of one of the Bay Area's leading restaurants, Ozumo Oakland, as the Director of Sales & Marketing.  Amanda joined forces with Lamont to create MPCE in 2014. 

LUCCIANO BERNINZON

SR. EVENT PRODUCER, TALENT MANAGER

Lucciano, a San Francisco native, is what he likes to call himself, “A master generalist”, and a wearer of many creative hats that fit well! In professional terms, Lucciano has spent the last 20yrs building his career as a successful Entrepreneur, Sr. Producer, and Event Marketing Consultant to the entertainment, advertising and event marketing industries.

After living in over 5 major cities throughout the US, Lucciano settled back in the Bay Area, to join the MPCE team with a vast knowledge of experience. Specialties range from producing national print – television advertising campaigns for fortune 1000 brands to consulting and managing both corporate and private events including trade shows, conventions, product launches, consumer activations, corporate sales meetings, destination travel, keynote speaking engagements, weddings, cocktail receptions and much more.

POOYEH BANIFAZL

BEVERAGE DIRECTOR 

Born in Chicago, Pooyeh moved to the Bay Area in 1994 where she began her path in the hospitality industry. While working various positions that ranged from catering and full service dining Pooyeh worked her way up into bartending. She began bartending in 2006 at some of the top bars, restaurants and hotels in California. Pooyeh has also been a part of several opening restaurant teams. Pooyeh’s experience at Easy Lounge in Oakland, CA and Bobo's Steakhouse in San Francisco, helped pave the way for cocktail craft. In 2008, while at Bobos, Pooyeh was announced on 106.1 KMEL as the best bartender in S.F. by Chuy Gomez. In 2010, Pooyeh moved to Los Angeles and bartended at the W Hotel. She became a regular bartender for Charlie Sheen, who always requested Pooyeh to do the job! Currently, Pooyeh is a mother living in the Bay Area.   Pooyeh started Sipistry Drinks and joined MPCE to create custom bar programs for our clients. 

KIMBERLEY McCONNELL

DECOR, GRAPHICS, EVENT PLANNER

Kimberley is a designer specializing in event design, branding, and graphic design.  Her creativity and attention to detail paired with her technical ability to illustrate ideas enables her to produce unique designs and make them come to life.   Kimberley has designed weddings and private parties for a variety of clients. She created the branding and marketing concepts for Bay Area fundraisers and business events. Kimberley has worked on events for San Francisco Mayor, Ed Lee, Oakland City Council Members, PG&E, Kaiser Permanente, Aspera, and she is a member of the event planning committee for the annual Oakland Legacy Event.

 

Her degree in Apparel Design led her to work in Los Angeles as a designer under luxury fashion designer, Onna Ehrlich. She is inspired by art and fashion design, and has traveled and lived abroad in various countries, including Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Israel, Cyprus, and Macedonia.  In 2016, Kimberley created ProjectInvite.com, an online marketplace for her designer invitations, stationery, and party decor.
