VIRTUAL CLASSES/EVENTS

Chef Lamont will walk through the steps and tips of the selected themed menu with guests via Zoom. We will provide an emailed packet including recipes, ingredients and equipment list.  This is great for a distanced celebration or corporate "gathering"! Classes can be booked for local or long distance groups.

EVENT MARKETING/PRODUCTION

Our team can manage your event production from conception to execution. We assist in the creative planning, implementation, budgeting, vendor acquisition and  on site management.  Our previous experience includes product launches, high profile building openings, award ceremonies, sporting events and concerts, conferences, and more, for high level name brand clients.
